The University Of Arizona College Of Education offers a Teachers in Industry program, formerly known as the MASTER-IP Program. The program offers paid summer industry work experience in local businesses in the Southwest for teachers to gain from real world industry experiences and take their experiences to the classroom.

The building, located in Yuma on the north side of the Arizona Western College main campus is part of on going, educational collaboration between Arizona Western College and the University of Arizona.
